Returns and Exchanges

Please note the following conditions for your return to be accepted:

• Only returns requested within 14 calendar days of receiving the order will be accepted.
• Items must be carefully packaged, in their original packaging, unused, in perfect condition, and suitable for resale.
• Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used or show damage. In such cases, the refund may be denied.
• Shipping costs paid on the order are non-refundable.

Orders may be cancelled before they have been prepared or shipped. Once an order has been prepared or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and you may need to request a return instead.
