How to return an item in three easy steps
Carefully pack all the items you wish to return. Please return your items in original, unused condition in the original package. Make sure to always return to our warehouse in Spain, unless otherwise stated.
Send your parcel to our warehouse and remember to ask for proof of purchase incl. tracking number from the postal service. Make sure to choose a business delivery option (not access point).
If the returned items are not received in the original condition, we may make a deduction in your refund.
Refunds
We refund all payments received from you when the order was placed, excluding delivery costs. The refund will take place within 14 days after receiving your return parcel at our warehouse. We will return the money by the same means of payment which you used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed.
If the value of the article is reduced, and the reason is that you have used it in any way beyond what was necessary to check the type and properties of the article and how it works, then only part of the purchase sum can be refunded to you. The amount that can be refunded depends on the saleable value of the article, and in certain cases this may mean that only the freight charges can be refunded.
We recommend that you return the article in its original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, it may reduce the value of the article.
We may hold back the payment until we have received the article, unless you send documentation that you have returned it.
Exchange
If you wish to exchange an item to another size, style or color, please place a new order and return the items you wish to exchange, applying the same procedure as stated above in "How to Return".
